The Board of Directors of Yankee Invention Exposition, Inc. have reluctantly decided not to hold the fifteenth annual 2009 Expo this October as planned.

YIE, a victim of the down economy like several of the other invention expos which cancelled this year, has had fewer booth registrations than feasible to hold the Expo.

Our organization will continue to be devoted to educating the individual inventor/small business as to how to move an idea into the marketplace. Going forward it is our intent to provide this education with programs and events that make sense in both a down economy and in good times. We look forward to a positive and long term relationship with the inventor community.
