Thereafter, all requests shall be handled at the discretion of the event sponsor and the appropriate service contractor. All booth components and rental equipment provided for the exhibitor's use shall remain the property of the providing service contractor. Exhibitor assumes all costs other than those designated on the booth reservation form and accepts full responsibility for loss or damage of ANY property that is used by them or their agents.

  7. General - If full payment for exhibitor booth is not received by the due date, the event sponsor reserves the right to use the booth space in any manner it deems appropriate.
